Energy Efficient

Roof: Professional installation of monolithic spray foam roof recommended for optimal insulation and weather sealing
- Up to R64 insulation rating
- Single layer creates weathertight barrier
- Adheres to roof substrate and dries into solid
- Less likely to leak
Exterior walls: Up to R24 rating on walls with installation of spray foam
Can be effectively heated and cooled with single split unit
Register booster fans used to circulate air conditioning through out building
Leaving air gap above interior walls allows for additional circulation

Interior
- Only one side of C-channel walls needs to be covered
  - Solid side of C-channel can be painted directly or covered with sheet rock
- Standard installation of sheet rock, no special equipment or crews
